The hot breakfast was outstanding and the staff kept the buffet well stocked throughout. Really clean and modern setup made it a breeze to enjoy the stay. Plus it’s so close to everything like parks, restaurants, and shops.

However, the shower had an empty body soap container, and the parking area could be more polished for a better overall appearance.

We had an enjoyable stay with plenty of fun nearby, like checking out Reddick Mansion. The room was spacious and had all we needed, including two TVs for everyone. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for our family, including our son's support dog.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger pool area would be great for families.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Ottawa. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and always had a smile. I appreciated how spacious my King Room felt, with a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a microwave—so helpful for snacks after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool amid the hot weather outside, which I definitely valued. I was also impressed with the cleanliness all around, especially in the lobby and the breakfast area. However, I wish the hot tub had been operational since I was looking forward to that. One downside was the inconsistent hot water. There were times I had to deal with cold spurts during my shower, which was not ideal. Overall, I felt the positives outweighed the negatives, but I really hope they can sort out the water issue for future guests.
